Subscription
Billing
- Inpera is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).
- All prices are listed exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes required by law.
Free Trial
If Applicable
- If a free trial is offered, it is provided for evaluation purposes only.
- At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- No charges will be refunded for failure to cancel before the trial expiration.
Refund
Policy
3.1 General Rule
All payments are non-refundable
Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, either partially or fully.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Unused time
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to use the service
- Dissatisfaction after purchase
3.2 Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
- Billing errors directly attributable to Inpera
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion.
Cancelation
Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for the remaining unused time.
Plan Changes
Upgrade/Downgrade
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and any price difference may be charged on a prorated basis.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for downgrades.
Failed
Payments
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically.
- If payment is not successfully processed, access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.
Account
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our:
- Terms of Service
- Acceptable Use Policy
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
