This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Inpera (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or using Inpera, you agree to this policy.

Subscription
Billing

  • Inpera is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).
  • All prices are listed exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes required by law.

Free Trial
If Applicable

  • If a free trial is offered, it is provided for evaluation purposes only.
  • At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • No charges will be refunded for failure to cancel before the trial expiration.

Refund
Policy

3.1 General Rule

All payments are non-refundable

Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, either partially or fully.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unused time
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use the service
  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

3.2 Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
  • Billing errors directly attributable to Inpera

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion.

Cancelation
Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining unused time.

Plan Changes
Upgrade/Downgrade

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and any price difference may be charged on a prorated basis.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for downgrades.

Failed
Payments

  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically.
  • If payment is not successfully processed, access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.

Account
Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our:

  • Terms of Service
  • Acceptable Use Policy

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
